A formation of colorful Victorian houses, known as “Postcard Row”, is located in Alamo Square, which is one of the most picturesque places to take a photo.  Lombard Street, another popular destination, has been nicknamed “the crookedest street in the world”, due to its steep slopes and eight sharp bends.  Other beauty spots are situated on the west side of the city, where Lincoln Park offers incredible views of the Pacific Ocean.  If you prefer to go walking, take a trip to Mount Davidson, which is the highest point in San Francisco and provides beautiful forest trails in the midst of an urban environment.
San Francisco Chinatown is one of the oldest and biggest China towns in America that covers a square mile at the city center.  There is an assorted mix of temples, houses, restaurants, shops and markets, as well as some inspiring historical sites, which makes it one of the most visited tourist attractions.  Chinese New Year in late February also draws in spectators who either come to see it live, or view it via a television broadcast..
The Trans-America pyramid in the financial district is one of the area’s most unique buildings and it can be seen from miles outside of the area.  At 853 feet tall, it is currently the tallest building and boasts 48 floors.  Many prestigious companies are based in the San Francisco bay area, including Gap Inc., Oracle Corporation and Stanford University.
